Boxing Training
You ever wonder why boxers are so lean and toned? One of the main workouts they use is pad-work. It is a high intensity workout that improves cardiovascular endurance, coordination, reaction time, footwork, hand speed, and punching power. Because of its high intensity, it’s a great fat burning exercise for weight loss and building lean muscle. The cool boxing style combos makes the exercise fun while keeping you sharp and on your toes. With so much concentration on the actual routine, you have absolutely no time to think about anything else going on at the moment. Therefore making this the best stress reliever ever.
Don’t forget to bring: Gloves, 12-16 oz. water, towel, wraps (optional)

Strength Training
Strength training, fat burning, toning, and conditioning the body. The routines are customized to meet your exact goals and needs while preventing or recovering you from injuries that you may have. If you lack the motivation and accountability to train, we help you reach your fitness goals and care about your well-being. Assisting in improving not only your physical, but mental health. The exercise programs help create great habits while you work them into your fitness routine.

Hip Hop Step Training
This class is a FUN way to get into shape. It is a very unique, music-based Hip Hop nostalgic style of step aerobics which boost your heart rate, breathing, and strengthens your muscles. It has all the benefits of a high intensity cardio-workout without putting stress on your joints. It improves overall fitness, your cardiovascular health, and reduces body fat. It also burns calories, making it an ideal way to maintain your target body weight. With the choreography, the tempo (speed) of the movements makes the classes simple or difficult. The routines are simple and so much FUN once you an understanding of the rhythm and pace.
