A very unique, music-based Hip Hop nostalgic style of step aerobics which boost your heart rate, breathing, and strengthens your muscles. It has all the benefits of a high intensity cardio-workout without putting stress on your joints.

Classes are every Monday & Wednesday
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
